How do I place an order?
Simply browse the marketplace, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need a verified restaurant account to complete the purchase.
How do I become a supplier?
Click on 'Get Started' and select the 'Supplier' role during signup. Our team will review your application and contact you for onboarding.
What is the return policy?
Since many items are perishable, returns must be initiated within 12 hours of delivery for quality issues. Please use the 'Report Issue' button on your order dashboard.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely via our platform. We support major credit cards and bank transfers. Invoices are generated automatically for every transaction.
