Connexio reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines or engage in fraudulent activities.

3. Marketplace Transactions

Connexio acts as a marketplace facilitator between suppliers and restaurants. While we facilitate transactions, the contract for sale is directly between the buyer and the seller.

• Suppliers are responsible for accurate product descriptions and pricing.
• Restaurants are responsible for timely payments for orders received.
• Connexio is not responsible for quality disputes but may assist in mediation.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of the transaction, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Connexio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
